Since 2020, the FLAX Foundation has an agreement with an Institute for Advanced Studies, the prestigious IWM (Institute for Human Sciences) in Vienna (www.iwm.at) to host the award ceremony. 

Since February 2020, the FLAX Foundation has a Memorandum of Understanding with the IWM to continue this collaboration in the following years.

FLAX Foundation aims to search for other collaborations with renowned public institutions in the future.

​In 2023, the FLAX Foundation and the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts signed an agreement on the support of Ukrainian scholars in the period 2023-2024, to ensure that one Ukrainian scholar working within the goals of the FLAX Foundation, will be supported by the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana in the period of two calendar years (in the academic year 2023-2024 and 2024-2025).
